Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for process improvements.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills) and experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
