Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
