Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing rigorous testing protocols and data cleaning processes.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
