Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualize Insights: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management), Python or R, and advanced Excel skills.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business insights.
