Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data performance for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical insights.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
