Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into comprehensive reports and visual dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover business opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support high-level decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
