Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain basic dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategies.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Basic understanding of SQL or experience with database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
