Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
- Support A/B testing initiatives, forecasting models, and statistical analysis projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data governance and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX to join our in-office team.
