Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize SQL databases to improve query performance and data retrieval speed.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
