We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a self-starter who loves turning complex data into actionable business insights.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve business problems, and optimize our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for building reports, visualizing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to uncover hidden insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team reference and scalability.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
