We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in downtown Los Angeles. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or career switchers eager to start a career in data analytics. You will play a key role in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to help our business make smarter decisions.
What you will do:
- Collect and interpret data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Support senior analysts in market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
