Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain basic dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly reports for management and stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify emerging trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our reporting databases.
- Participate in training sessions to gain proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization techniques.
- Document data processes and share findings with the wider team in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a willingness to undergo technical training.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote training modules.
