Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
