Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for executive leadership.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, pipelines, and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly/quarterly performance reports to assess business health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
