Responsibilities
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data trends and facilitate real-time monitoring of business metrics.
- SQL & Data Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various databases, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current data workflows and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting speed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Visualization: Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
