Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Optimize data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, R, or Excel for advanced data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
