- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose solutions to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Experience creating reports and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
