- Develop compelling visualizations: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive strategic decision-making: Collaborate with department heads to identify trends, predict market shifts, and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy: Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to maintain high-quality standards across all data sources.
- Automate reporting workflows: Streamline manual processes using Python and SQL to increase team efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Conduct statistical analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, operational metrics, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (advanced querying and joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
