About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our raw data and our strategic business goals. You will be responsible for analyzing data flows, identifying trends, and presenting findings that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
