- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Data Management: Clean, validate, and transform data using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that highlight key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track campaign performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
