Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business-friendly insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and support business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with cloud data warehousing (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
