What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence and visual reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure team knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong visualization skills with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing a flexible schedule and meeting project deadlines independently.
