Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast business metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying; strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Solid experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into business recommendations.
