Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and solve business problems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
- Programming: Competency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical insights for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
