Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy.
- Generate Reports: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Analysis: Work under supervision to perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends within the data.
- Data Quality Assurance: Identify errors in data sets and correct them to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Collaborate: Partner with senior analysts and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Location: Must reside within the United States, specifically Florida (Remote).
