Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing data findings for executive leadership.
- Assist in the maintenance of data warehouses and ensure data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with database querying is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to the Washington DC area.
