Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Drive innovation through hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade Java/Kotlin applications
- Expertise in AWS/GCP cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of shipping complex software at scale
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
