Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to answer ad-hoc questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Generate and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to analyzing data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
