Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Report Generation: Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Cleaning: Perform data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure the integrity of our data sets.
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to identify trends and patterns relevant to our industry.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical teams.
- Soft Skills: A strong willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing technologies.
