Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within large datasets.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to monitor business health and growth.
- Problem Solving: Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying and Database Management), Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level skills in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
