Responsibilities
- Extract and Clean Data: Gather, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Report Generation: Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and analysis tasks.
