Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats using SIEM tools
- Assist in implementing network security controls and firewalls
- Document security incidents and maintain compliance logs
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Support security awareness training for employees
- Collaborate with incident response teams during security events
- Assist in developing and updating security policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
