Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Assist in designing, coding, and testing web applications and software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in existing codebases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and code comments to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry best practices to contribute innovative solutions.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code review sessions to provide constructive feedback and learn from peers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, SQL).
- Passion for Tech: Demonstrated interest in software development with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
