Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and forecast future trends.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the integrity of business reporting.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.
