Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business progress and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and at least one scripting language (Python or R preferred).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
