Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, clean, and interpret data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define data needs and implement data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain data warehouses and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data warehousing concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and reporting.
