Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, or visualization tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through advanced statistical analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate data into strategic insights.
- Process Optimization: Recommend data-driven solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau/PowerBI. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling large datasets and performing data validation.
