Responsibilities
- Perform data mining, cleaning, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key business metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Document data pipelines and maintain data governance standards.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
