Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities

- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Experience with daily payroll systems or financial data preferred
- Certification in Google Analytics, AWS, or Tableau a plus
- Ability to deliver concise, data-driven recommendations under tight deadlines
