Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Go/Python on AWS infrastructure
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime and rapid deployment cycles
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Drive technical strategy for SaaS platform serving 10M+ users
- Implement advanced security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR)
- Champion DevOps best practices including Kubernetes and Terraform
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Deep AWS/Azure certification and multi-cloud architecture experience
- Proven track record optimizing system performance at scale
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
