Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Lead code reviews and drive best engineering practices
- Optimize system performance and scalability through continuous integration
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and pair programming
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specs
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with distributed systems and database optimization
