Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategy through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, solve complex problems, and present data in a clear, actionable manner.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and support reporting requirements.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for management, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and improve customer retention.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
