Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather and process data from various sources using SQL and ETL tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to present key metrics to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their specific data needs and requirements.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive strategic planning and performance reviews.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and implement solutions to maintain high standards across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and advanced analysis.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot anomalies, errors, and ensure data integrity in large datasets.
