Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define data requirements and report on business performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify areas of operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
