Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Data Mining: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform deep data mining.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is required.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX (Relocation assistance provided).
