Responsibilities
- Transform & Clean Data: Extract, cleanse, and transform raw datasets into structured formats suitable for analysis.
- Visualize Insights: Develop compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- Automate Reporting: Build automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards of data governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data scripting is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
