Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visual storytelling
- Optimize data pipelines for daily pay project efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
- Track KPIs and generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in data analytics or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing expertise
- Experience with daily pay or contract project workflows
- BS in Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent
