Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports to support executive decision-making.
- Identify data quality issues and implement processes to ensure data integrity.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and Python/R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
