Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to support executive reporting.
- Reporting & Insights: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Collaborate with database administrators to optimize SQL queries and improve data retrieval processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
