- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
